• Damon L Stephen , DVM

  
  

  Dr. Damon Stephen graduated from Dublin High School in 1972. In 1976 Dr. Stephen received his Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Science from Texas  A & M,  and his DVM in 1977. Lakeside Animal Clinic opened in 1974 as a "part-time" clinic. Dr. Stephen arrived in 1978, and Lakeside soon became a full time / full service Small Animal Clinic. Dr. Stephen has been married for 35 years to his high school sweetheart, Carmela. She is also an A & M Graduate  with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Dr. Stephen and Carmela have two children, Kyra and Aaron, both Mabank graduate's (1996 & 1998). Dr Stephen and Carmela have two granddaughters and one grandson. Dr. Stephen has been active in his community since arriving in 1978 with various organizations such as; Past President of Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Tom Finley Park Board, Henderson County A & M Club, and the Cedar Creek Lake Toast Masters Club. Dr. Stephen was voted "Citizen Of The Year" in 1987. In 2003 Dr. Stephen received the Life Time Achievment Award.

• Dr. Jim Collinsworth , BS, DVM

  
  

  Dr. Collinsworth is a 1979 graduate of Kemp High School.  He attended 9 years at Texas A&M, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in both Biomedical Science (1983) and Veterinary Science (1986) and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1988.   Dr. Collinsworth worked in the Necropsy/Pathology Lab of the Texas Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory in College Station for 6 years while receiving his veterinary training.   Dr. Collinsworth has been married for 29 years to his high school sweatheart, Janice and they have one daughter, Keleigh who is now a student at Texas A & M.

• Erin A Osborn , Practice Manager

  
  

  Raised in Mabank, Texas, Erin graduated from Mabank High School in 1993 and attended TVCC for a short time. After exploring several different opportunities, including 4 years as a Legal Assistant, Erin took a job with Lakeside as a Receptionist to be closer to home.    Erin has been with Lakeside Animal Clinic for over 7 years and is now the Hospital Administrator. Erin lives in Canton, Texas with her husband Stephen and son, Hayden. Erin enjoys spending time with her family and friends and spending a lot of time outdoors cooking out, fishing, camping, playing ball with Hayden, and watching him grow up too fast!

• Mrs. Carmela Stephen

  
  

  Carmela Stephen graduated from Dublin High School in 1974. She began dating Dr. Stephen at the age of 15 years old and has been growing up with him ever since! Carmela and Dr. Damon Stephen married in 1974 and began to live married life in College Station. While in College Station, Carmela earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A & M with a minor in Education curriculum and instruction with Psychology specialization. Carmela taught elementary school in Waxahachie and in Mabank. In 1978 Carmela and Dr. Stephen began their family with the birth of their children Kyra and Aaron. Carmela has done her share of hard work the hardest being a homemaker and mom. Along the years she has also filled several positions at Lakeside and has worn just about every hat there is to wear. Carmela enjoys several things such as painting and pottery.

• Cindy , CVA

  
  

  Cindy graduated from Butte High School, (Butte MT). She attended 2 years of college at Montana Tech. In July of 1986 Cindy started with Lakeside. With the exception of 1 year off when her husband's job took them to New Jersey, Cindy has been with Lakeside for 23 years and is now a Certified Veterinary Assistant. Cindy has 4 Dachshunds, "Fiona", "Freddie", and "Finnegan", and Finnoula. She also has 1 Shar-pei, mix, "Won-ton", and lots of friendly squirrels in her yard. Cindy and her husband Bill have 4 children and 10 Grandchildren. In her spare time Cindy enjoys, riding their "Harley" every chance they get, and traveling with their 5th wheel.

  Diana attended Eustace High School. Diana has been at Lakeside for over 12 years as a Technician and is now a Certified Veterinary Assistant. Diana has several pets which include; 2 Pitbull's, 1 Poodle mix, a Chihuahua, and a few others. Diana lives in Malakoff, Texas and is single. Diana's hobbies include; gardening, canning, making quilts and she loves to go camping.

  Felicia has been married to her husband for 12 years, they have two sons that attend Mabank School. Felicia has 4 dogs and 3 cats that she enjoys spending time with. Felicia has been with Lakeside for 4 year's and is now a Certified Veterinary Assistant. Felicia's hobbies include: Camping, hiking, spending time with her family and doing anything outdoors.

  Katie has been with Lakeside for 1 year as of July, 2009. Katie is married and lives in Mabank with her husband and their two dog's. Doc and Meg.

• Dorothy

  
  

  Dorothy Graduated from Sunset High School in Oak Cliff and attended Draughon's Business College for 1 year. Dorothy worked as a secretary for an Attorney's office, as a sales representative for small aircraft parts, and Administrative Secretary for a Ready Mix Company. Dorothy started with Lakeside in September 1996, as a Receptionist. Dorothy has several pet's that she spoils rotten and they are; Duncan (Cocker Spaniel), Casper (Bichon) and six cat's, (Tinker, Casey, Ebel, Squirt, Termite and Stray Boy. You might think 6 is a lot, but it really is not considering that when Dorothy moved here in 1986 they had over 20! Dorothy lives in Mabank with her husband, Yancy, they have been together for 20 years. In her off time, Dorothy enjoy's gardening, bird watching, feeding the ducks, birds and squirrels. Dorothy also enjoys taking pictures (mostly of her pet's and the sunset's over the lake). One of Dorothy's favorite thing's to do is to watch a good movie with all of her pet's snuggled up around her.

  Alana graduated from Mabank High School in 1994 and went on to attend 4 semesters at TVCC. Alana lives in Mabank near most of her family. She has 1 dog "Tandy" and a "few" cats. Alana enjoys music and spending time with her family and pet's. Alana has been with Lakeside for 5 years and is now one of our Client Service Specialist.

  Trey is a 2007 Mabank Graduate and is currently attending TVCC. Trey enjoys spending time with Erica, and being outdoors doing most anything. Trey has been with Lakeside for 1 year. Trey has one dog, "Trinity".

• Tammy

  
  

  Tammy attended Mabank High School. Tammy has taken Veterinary Dental Courses, and is now a certified Dental Technician. Tammy has been with Lakeside for 9 years. Tammy has 3 cats, 1 dog, 1 bird, and 3 (Rescue Squirrels) that will be released when they can survive on their own. Tammy and her husband Phil have 4 children and 9 & 1/2 grandchildren. In her off time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her Grandchildren, riding her morotcycle, photography, scrapbooking, and reading.
